MARCH 26, 2001

Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council held on Monday, March 26, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers City Hall.

Present: Mayor Phil De Vos, Councillors Fromm, Goulden and Wyatt.

Absent: Councillors Arnelien, DeRyk and Wegner.

Staff Members Present: Wayne Jensen, Laurie-Anne Rusnak, Scott Mack, Jim Ennis, Terri Eger, Stu McFadyen and Lonnie Kaal. Recording: Gloria Signarowski.

A quorum being present Mayor Phil De Vos in the Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

There were no petitioners present in Council Chambers to speak for or against Bylaw No. 11/2001 amending Zoning Bylaw 9/96 – rezoning 105 Darlington Street East from C3 to C3A.

That we accept Recommendation No. C00028-2001 from the Committee of the Whole Council Meeting of March 26, 2001 that the proper signing officers of the City of Yorkton be authorized to execute the water aquifer management agreements with Raymond Buckle and Sam Buckle and that the City take immediate steps to acquire title to Well Site #9 as contemplated in the agreement between the City and Raymond Buckle.
