Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council held on Monday, September 10, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers City Hall.

Present: Mayor Phil De Vos, Councillors Arnelien, DeRyk, Goulden, Wegner and Wyatt.

Absent: Councillor Brian Fromm.

Staff Members Present: Wayne Jensen, Laurie-Anne Rusnak, Scott Mack, Jody Hauta, Jim Ennis, Bill Hawkins and Brian Dudar. Recording: Gloria Signarowski.

A quorum being present Mayor De Vos called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

That the Council of the City of Yorkton accept Recommendation No. 01-038 of the Municipal Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of September 5, 2001 that the Discretionary Use Application for a Personal Care Home on Lots 5 & 6, Block 12, Plan 82Y04242 (Gladstone Avenue and Queen Street), be approved, subject to approval from the Planning, Development, and Building Services Dept. of a detailed landscaping plan.

That the Council of the City of Yorkton accept Recommendation No. 01-039 from the Municipal Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of September 5, 2001 that the Planning, Development and Building Services Department approach Mr. Bilous with the option of purchasing 100 feet of Parcel P and Parcel Q, subject to a requirement that some landscaping (trees) on the buffer parcel to the west of Mr. Bilous’s property be undertaken by the applicant.

9 holes adult green fee from $15.00 to $ 9.00
