Minutes of a Regular Meeting of Council held on Monday, January 27, 2003 in Council Chambers City Hall commencing at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Mayor De Vos, Councillors Arnelien, DeRyk, Goulden, Hill, Wegner and Wyatt.

Staff Members Present: Wayne Jensen, Matt Bernat, Lonnie Kaal, Darcy McLeod, Bill Hawkins, Jeff Humble, Dean Clark, and Bonnie Schenher. Recording: Gloria Signarowski.

A quorum being present Mayor De Vos in the Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Yorkton & District Band Boosters – Rental of the Parkland Agriplex

A letter dated December 9, 2002 from the Yorkton and District Band Boosters was circulated for the consideration of Council.

Mr. Alex Morgotch and Mr. Larry Pearen were present in Council Chambers and Mr. Morgotch spoke to their request.
