Present: Deputy Mayor James Wilson, Councillors Les Arnelien, Ross Fisher, Randy Goulden, Larry Pearen and Chris Wyatt

Proclamation Request – Kin Week – March 1-7, 2015

A letter dated February 19, 2015 from the Kinsmen and Kinette Club of Yorkton regarding Kin Week, March 1-7, 2015 was circulated for the consideration of Council. David Johnson, Yorkton Kinsmen Club President and Lana Klemetski were present in Council Chambers to speak to this request.

That Council authorize Deputy Mayor James Wilson to proclaim the week of March 1-7, 2015 as “Kin Week” in the City of Yorkton with a flag raising ceremony to be held at City Hall during that week.

Presentation –Age Friendly Initiative - Age Friendly Yorkton Initiative

A letter dated February 10, 2015 from Age Friendly Initiative regarding the Age Friendly Yorkton Initiative project was circulated for the consideration of Council. Twila Seeley was present in Council Chambers to speak to this request.
