Dear Yorkton Community Members;

          My commitment to each of you is to serve you in a caring and respectful way.  My work experience as well as my personal life experience is to think and carefully plan ahead.  The decisions that I make today will not only have an effect on the now, it will have an impact on my children and my grandchildren.  Our hope lies in the careful decisions that we make now.

          Yorkton is a unique city with a lot of promise and plenty of potential.  Yorkton is growing and becoming a place that people want to call “home”.  We need to make our vision a “vision of growth”, keeping the people that have lived here for years safe and secure in the Yorkton that they know and also we need to welcome new people with our generous kind hospitality.

          My experience is in team work and hearing all voices and working together to make our community a wonderful place to live.  A place to bring up our children where they have opportunity to experience safety, tolerance, hope and good prairie life.

          As servants to the people I will be accountable for the decisions that I make.  I do have some concerns and vision for Yorkton:

• affordable housing
• population growth planning
• environmental accountability
• community safety
