Financial Statement

The City of Yorkton's year-end is December 31st and financial statements are audited on an annual basis.  The audit process typically takes until March of the following year and financial statements are published as soon thereafter as possible.

The City is also required to compile a "Public Accounts" document which provides specific detail on salaries, grants, remuneration to members of council and amounts spent in excess of $10,000 to suppliers.  A copy of this document can be obtained at city hall for a fee of $10.00.
