Water System Expansion

Due to age of the existing water treatment facilities, the City of Yorkton is currently upgrading its water treatment capabilities. At present, we have completed the design of a new reservoir with construction to be completed in late winter or early summer of 2006. We expect to start construction of a new water treatment plant in May of 2006. See the development plan for further details.
