In order to streamline requests for property specific
information, the Building Services Division offers
a consolidated Property Information Request process.
Applicants must complete the forms in full and select the type of information they are seeking by
selecting the appropriate checkbox.
Please submit your completed request to Building Services (email preferred). Building Services will
distribute the request to the selected departments. Information will be produced by the corresponding department, consolidated and returned to the applicants, along with invoice for payment. Payment
before the City
however, the City will endeavour
to reduce turnaround times
