On January 31, 2022, Yorkton City Council approved the construction of a new Deer Park Clubhouse on the existing site.

The budget, totalling $7.6 million, has been broken down to include the demolition of the existing building, a temporary clubhouse and washroom trailer rental for the duration of the project, as well as consulting, project management and contingency fees.

The total cost will also include the construction of the new building (foundation, structural, exterior, interior, mechanical, electrical, and equipment), new water and sewer services, Sask Power electrical services, landscaping, asphalt road and parking lot, and furnishings for inside the building.
