The applicant proposes to construct 12 Semi-detached Dwellings (side by side duplexes) at the proposed location of Condominium Plan 102085231 (on Cameron Way) in an R-3 Medium Density Residential zoning district. Semi-detached Dwellings within a Medium Density residential zoning district are Discretionary Used under Zoning Bylaw No. 14/2003 and must be publicly advertised before Council can make a decision on the application.

Public Hearing

City Council will hear all persons who are present and wish to speak to the application and all written submissions will be read verbatim unless the submitter in in attendance to speak to the submission, on Monday, January 11, 2020 at 5:00 pm in City Hall Council Chambers, Yorkton.
