Discretionary Use Application for Warehouse Facility in C-1 City Centre Commercial Zoning District 236 Myrtle Avenue

The applicant proposes to utilize the building to store and sell packaged oil products (jugs and small containers), vehicle and farm equipment batteries and oil filters to farmer members at 236 Myrtle Avenue (Lot 67, Blk/Par 4, Plan 99Y08572) in a C-1 City Centre Commercial zoning district.  All Discretionary Uses must be publicly advertised before Council can make a decision on the application.

City Council will hear all persons who are present and wish to speak to the application and all written submissions will be read verbatim unless the submitter is in attendance to speak on the submission, on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 5 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, Yorkton, SK.
