Whereas the standing water creating the flood on July 1, 2010 has since receded,
And Whereas, the City of Yorkton is satisfied that an emergency no longer exists,
And Whereas the City of Yorkton has Bylaws, policies and processes in place to appropriately deal with issues that may arise relative to the July 1st, 2010 flood,
Therefore, effective September 30, 2010, the declaration of a state of emergency within the municipal boundaries of the City of Yorkton, is terminated.
