Details of Tender:
For each parcel, a separate bid form must be submitted, and is available for download on the site listed above.

The reserve bid is set at $50/acre for the 2026-2029 season, with possible extension of a term available.

Specifications are available by: Contacting the City Clerk’s Office by email at cityclerk@yorkton.ca . A template copy of an Agricultural Land Lease is available upon request.

Other Important Information: Tenders received after the date and time specified for closing will be marked late and retained forbidder’s pick-up.
