Details: The City of Yorkton proposes to adopt a Concept Plan for lands owned by Legacy Co-operatives Association Limited. The Concept Plan is intended to guide future commercial and industrial development by creating an outline for parcel configuration, street networks, drainage and municipal utilities.

Public Hearing: Monday, April 20, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, Yorkton, SK.

City Council will hear all persons who are present and wish to speak to the proposed Concept Plan. All written submissions will be read verbatim during the Public Hearing, unless the submitter is in attendance to speak on their behalf.

If you wish to provide written comments for Council’s consideration, they must be submitted by 9:00 a.m.
