A tax certificate is a legal document that provides the following information for a property: 

  • Roll number 
  • Lien registration number and date 
  • Address 
  • Legal description 
  • Current assessment 
  • Current year tax information 
  • Balance of account 
  • Appeals on the property 

The cost for a tax certificate is $20.00 per roll number. Once we receive proof of payment (scanned copy of cheque) we will email the tax certificate to you.
