Access Communications Water Park

• There are lockers available in all change rooms.

Enjoy a safe and healthy swim

• Wear clean clothing used only for swimming.
• Shower with soap before entering the pool.
• Swim diapers required for young children not yet toilet trained. Available at Guest Services.

Accessibility

• Our family change room has individual changing rooms and accessible showers. There is a ceiling lift and adjustable change table for swimmers needing help.
• Waterproof wheel chairs are ready to roll into the wave pool. Powered accessible lifts are available to assist with entry into the lap pool and hot tub.
• Standard admission fee applies. One caregiver providing one-on-one support receives free admission.
• The Access Water Park is pleased to take part in the Easter Seals Access 2 program.

Supervision Rules

To keep everyone safe, please follow these rules for kids at the pool:

• Kids 6 years old and under need to have an adult with them in the water all the time. They must wear a red wristband. One adult can look after only two kids who are 6 or younger.
• Kids aged 7 to 10 need to have a guardian (someone 16 or older) with them in the water at all times. They need to wear a yellow wristband. One guardian can watch up to four kids with yellow wristbands.
• Kids 11 and older can go into the Water Park and swim without someone watching them closely.
• Kids aged 7 to 10 can take a swimming test to show they can swim safely. Ask a lifeguard for details.

• Follow Staff Instructions: Lifeguards are there to keep everyone safe—please listen to them at all times.
• Shower First: All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
• No Food or Drink: Only water is allowed in the pool area. No glass containers are permitted.
• Stay Within Capacity: Facility limits are in place for your safety.
• Supervise Children: Always keep a close eye on young swimmers.
• Be Respectful: Treat others with kindness and follow posted rules.
