The Westland Arena at the Gallagher Centre offers seating for 3,120 and accessible spots, perfect for games or events. The Kinsmen Arena is available for private rentals, hockey practices, and camps—flexible options for every group.

The Yorkton Public Library offers two versatile rooms ideal for small meetings, workshops, and community events.

The Meeting Room, located on the main floor, features a separate entrance with convenient parking. It can accommodate up to 40 people and comes equipped with seven square tables and chairs, along with a kitchenette that includes a sink for light food and beverage needs.

The Programming Room is also on the main floor with its own entrance and parking access. This space seats up to 40 people and is equipped with an in-house sound system and an 80" TV screen for presentations. Six tables and chairs are provided, and an attached kitchenette with a sink, stove, and fridge is available for use.

Located at 49 Smith Street East, the Godfrey Dean Cultural Centre is home to the Godfrey Dean Art Gallery, as well as the offices of the Yorkton Arts Council and Yorkton Film Festival. The Centre offers two rental spaces ideal for meetings, workshops, and community events.

The Programming Room, situated on the main floor across from the east entrance, seats up to 40 people. Twelve rectangular tables and chairs are provided, with set-up and tear-down included. An attached kitchenette with a sink, stove, and fridge is available, with renters responsible for cleanup after use.

The Land Titles Building, accessed through a separate entrance on the west side, provides a historic setting built in 1907. This space accommodates up to 100 guests theatre-style or 80 for workshops and meetings using round and rectangular tables. The venue is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance elevator and lift system. Please note: due to plaster walls, hanging decorations with tape, tacks, or adhesive strips are not permitted.

Located inside the Kinsmen Arena, the Blue Room is a versatile space that pairs perfectly with an ice rental or can be booked on its own. With capacity for up to 40 people, it features tables, chairs, a bar service area, and separate washrooms with exterior access. This multi-purpose room is ideal for meetings, workshops, parties, and group programming.

The Deer Park Clubhouse is more than just a stop at the golf course. Open throughout the year, it offers full-service dining, a licensed lounge, and versatile spaces for meetings, banquets, and special events. Whether you’re grabbing a meal after a round of golf or hosting a gathering, the clubhouse is ready to welcome you.

The Access Communications Water Park is perfect for school trips, birthday parties, group swims, lane rentals, and sports groups.

Yorkton offers versatile recreation spaces to suit a variety of activities. The Gloria Hayden Community Centre features one gymnasium and two court spaces, while the Gallagher Centre boasts a 25,300 sq. ft. multi-purpose field house. Punch passes and memberships are available for both facilities.

Host your next birthday party at the Gloria Hayden Community Centre with a two-hour booking of the gym and convertible court. The package includes table and chair set-up and tear-down, access to gym equipment, and optional add-ons like bouncy castles and a gaga ball pit. Pricing: $73/hour + taxes; bouncy castle $32.50/hour + taxes.

The Access Communications Water Park – Play Zone is a party room located off the viewing gallery, featuring a chalkboard, peg wall, corn hole, and ball run. This space accommodates up to 30 people and includes tables, chairs, a sink, counter space, and a fridge. Rentals are available during public swim times at $45/hour + taxes.

Yorkton offers a variety of outdoor sports facilities, including soccer pitches and ball diamonds, suitable for recreational play, organized leagues, and tournaments. Whether you're organizing a youth soccer match or a competitive baseball game, our well-maintained fields provide the ideal setting.

Yorkton’s parks are available for community events at no cost, with the exception of City Centre Park, which requires a $150 rental fee to cover an on-site Porta Potty and cleaning services. Our rental process ensures all necessary maintenance is completed before your event, so you can focus on enjoying your gathering. Please note that parks remain open to the public during events, and additional fees may apply for special requests or services.
