Bylaw No. 2/2026 – Investment Policy Bylaw
Details: Yorkton City Council will consider Investment Policy Bylaw No. 2/2026, which is proposed to formalize an investment policy for the City.
Pursuant to The Cities Act, the Bylaw is to be publicly advertised before Council makes their final decision.
Public Hearing: City Council will hear all persons who are present and wish to speak to the proposed Investment Policy Bylaw and all written submissions will be read verbatim, unless the submitter is in attendance to speak on the submission, on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, Yorkton, SK.
Written Submissions: If you wish to provide written comments for Council’s consideration, they must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday March 25, 2026. Written submissions must be directed to:
