Mobile Vendor Business Licences

All Mobile Vendors (Resident and Non-Resident) fall under this category. The Mobile Vendor fee is $300.

1. Fill out the Business Licence Application Form
2. Provide the following:
   • Public Health Approval
   • Gas/Electrical Approval
   • Fire Inspection Approval from the Fire Chief
   • A current photo of the Vendor Unit in its entirety
   • A current photo of the valid licence plate affixed to the Vendor Unit
   • Proof of Automobile Liability
     • If operating on City property, the City of Yorkton must be named as an additional insured entity
   • Proof of Commercial General Liability
     • If operating on City property, the City of Yorkton must be named as an additional insured entity
3. Once all the above information is received, your licence will be processed and your invoice emailed
4. After you've paid and received your Business Licence Certificate, you may begin operating.

All Business Licences expire every year on December 31.
