Request for Proposals for Deer Park Municipal Golf Course Restaurant/Concession/Lounge & Licensed Beverage Cart Operation

Sealed proposals will be accepted for the provision of labour, equipment and supplies necessary to manage, operate and maintain the seasonal (April-October) restaurant/concession/lounge & licensed beverage cart at the Deer Park Municipal Golf Course.

Proposals must be submitted to the City of Yorkton Leisure Services before 4:30 p.m. local time, January 30, 2004.

AT THE PARKLAND AGRIPLEX AQUATIC CENTRE

The Parkland Agriplex Aquatic Centre requires a self-motivated individual to fill the role of a part-time Daytime Instructor/Lifeguard.

Applicants are to submit their resume complete with three references and phone numbers to the undersigned no later than 4:30 p.m., Friday, January 23, 2004

Re: 2004 Dog Licenses

 
Vaccinations and Licenses: 

Dogs in the City of Yorkton are required to have up-to-date vaccinations and licenses each year.

Pursuant to Section 3(1) of the City of Yorkton Bylaw No. 3/2003, it is mandatory for any person who keeps, possesses, harbors or has charge of or control over any dog to obtain a license before January 31st in each calendar year and place it's tag on the dog's collar.

Annual license fee rates are follows:
Male - $20.00 Female - $20.00 Spayed or emasculated - $10.00
Pups between the age of 0 and 12 months who have not yet been spayed or 
emasculated - $10.00

There are lights at Knights of Columbus Park and Heritage Heights Park that are on from dusk to 11:00pm each evening.

Please respect all outdoor rinks in the City of Yorkton - both in city parks and on school grounds.

Cross Country Ski Trails

  
The 6 km classic ski trails at Deer Park Municipal Golf Course are groomed prior to each weekend by volunteers from the Yorkton Cross Country Ski Club.
