If you would like to receive your water bill by email:

  1. Complete an E-Bill application;
  2. We will send an email to the address provided; and
  3. Please reply to the email confirming your name, mailing address and account number.

Are you having problems receiving our E-Bill?

Some service providers handle emails differently, be sure to:
- Check your spam folder
- Add our email utilityebill@yorkton.ca to your trusted senders list or email address book

 SaskTel email users have experienced issues receiving our E-Bills recently, to correct this, use the following steps:

  1. Go to webmail.sasktel.net and log into your Sasktel.net email account
  2. Click on your spam folder
  3. Find and click to open the email from the City in the spam folder
  4. Hover over the email address and you will see a drop-down to click and open
  5. Click "Add to Trusted Senders List"
  6. You will now once again receive emails from that sender
