Financial Information Services (FIS)

PINs (Personal Identification Numbers) are needed to access certain areas of FIS. PINs are only given in person. It is the PIN holder's responsibility to:

  • Keep the PIN secure
  • Inform the City of any lost or misplaced PINs as soon as it occurs
