The City of Yorkton has many permits available that set standards for the health and safety of our citizens.
Building Permits
Construction Trailer Permit
Applicable fees include:
- 1 month for $10
- 3 months for $20
- 6 months for $35
- Annual (12 months) for $50
Event Permits

- Parade Permit
- Special Occasion Permit
- Block Parties – make sure to apply for a no fee Temporary Street and Lane Use Permit

Plumbing Permits
Please visit Building Services on the second floor at City Hall for the issuance of a Plumbing Permit. Public Health will complete the inspection.

- Truck Training Route Permit – contact Building Services at 306-786-1710 or by email. Be sure to have the truck's licence plate numbers. There is a fee of $50 per permit.
