Circlebrooke Drive between Glenbrooke Drive and Riverview Road will be closed starting Friday, September 16 for a watermain replacement.
Please be advised street parking in this area will be restricted during construction. Vehicles parked on the street during this time may be at the owner’s expense. Signage will be posted by the Contractor to identify street closures and detours.

Outdoor basketball courts have been planned for the City since the approval of the 2021 capital budget. The water main replacement program is set to begin August 8, 2022 on Park Street. The contractor, KMS Construction Ltd., have sent out notices in the mail to residents and businesses affected by the water main replacement.

Smith Street will be closed between 1st Ave and 6th Ave starting Tuesday, August 2, at 7 a.m. for road improvements. Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the work zone. This project is expected to take two weeks, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Smith Street will have limited parking between 1st Avenue N and 6th Avenue N starting July 4, at 7 a.m. for median, curb and sidewalk repairs. This project is expected to take approximately one month, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
“No parking” signs will be placed along the areas affected. Please use caution when approaching a work zone.
