The City of Yorkton is committed to renewing ageing infrastructure with a strategic and cost-effective approach. In 2025, Dalebrooke Drive will undergo a full infrastructure renewal project, focusing on essential upgrades to water, sewer, stormwater, and surface infrastructure.

Phase One will include the complete closure of the Broadway and Dalebrooke intersection.

Alternative routes for affected traffic

  • Safety Reminder:

    We kindly ask all residents and visitors to respect signage, drive carefully near construction zones, and follow detour routes for everyone's safety.

  • Temporary Water Service:

    Temporary water lines have been installed to ensure uninterrupted water service to all impacted homes during the water main replacement work. Commissioning and connection of this temporary system is ongoing.

  • Access to Properties:

    Residents within the closure area will maintain front/main entry access to their properties throughout the project. Alley or Lane access may be limited.

  • Stay Informed:
