Fire Restriction Notice

A fire restriction notice for The City of Yorkton has been issued, effective immediately as of May 27, 2025. 

All approved fire pit usage will only be permitted between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. This restriction does not apply to BBQ's with propane, natural gas or briquette's.

The R.M.'s of Orkney and Wallace have been placed under a fire ban also effective immediately.
