Recyclable Items
for Recycling Bins

Recyclable items for Recycling Bins Paper and cardboard are acceptable, as well as household plastic (i.e. Milk jugs and margarine containers), tin cans (vegetable, soup cans, etc. - labels do not need to be removed). All juice boxes and cartons. These items should be rinsed out so that no food particles remain.

You may place pop cans and plastic bottles in the bins if you wish, the money obtained from the pop cans and plastic pop bottles would then go back into community programs operated by Sask. Abilities Council. If you wish to receive the deposit money for the pop cans and plastic bottles you would then have to take these items to the recycling centre yourself.

The Kinsmen Recycling Centre has requested that all items for recycling are bagged separately, i.e. milk containers in one bag, tin cans in another bag, etc.

Please do not place glass in these bins due to breakage. Styrofoam products are not allowed.
